We design and build automations with Zapier, n8n, and Make that link your apps, cut repetitive steps, and keep your processes moving.
Quick-to-launch automations that connect thousands of everyday business apps.
Flexible, self-hostable workflows with custom logic and full control over your data.
Visual, multi-step scenarios for more involved automations across your tools.
Two projects we worked on with their teams, and how each one links people, AI, and business tools from the first trigger to the final result.
Fastyr organizes work around role-based AI employees. A team picks a role, sets a goal or a recurring task, and the agent carries it out with its own tools and memory plus the business applications connected to the workspace. Nothing runs unchecked: access controls, approvals, and monitoring keep people in charge, and the results land in a shared workspace where people and agents collaborate on files and documents.
Product-level workflow based on our collaboration with the Fastyr team. It describes how the experience connects, not the internal system architecture.
Start with a role-based AI employee for sales, marketing, finance, or support, each with its own tools, memory, and workspace.
Give the agent a goal, or schedule a recurring task so routine work keeps moving.
The agent carries out the task using the business applications connected to the platform.
Access controls, approvals, and monitoring keep people in charge of what agents do.
Files and documents live in one place where people and agents work together.
SimpleTalk links a lead’s first response to everything that follows. When a lead comes in, an AI voice agent holds a two-way conversation guided by the business’s own information and asks qualification questions tailored to the sales process. Based on the answers, the workflow chooses the next step: continue follow-up outreach and route the lead, book an appointment, or transfer the conversation to a human team. Campaign reporting then gives visibility into calls, appointments, and costs.
